ReStructure in Mt. Pleasant - Before & After!

We recently completed an extensive remodeling project for a wonderful family in the heart of Mt. Pleasant.  The already lovely home needed a little updating and some restructuring to make it more functional and a perfect fit for our client.  Our ReStructure team gave the kitchen a complete makeover with custom cabinetry, new appliances, and a dramatic tile wall.  They also took down walls to open up the living area, recreated their entertainment area and wet bar, and gave the powder room a new look.  Among other changes, this remodel gave this family a much better living space that suits their family!

Structures' Customer Service Ratings Featured in Qualified Remodeler Magazine

Structures received some great attention in the July issue of Qualified Remodeler Magazine highlighting our company's excellent customer service ratings!  The magazine, in collaboration with GuildQuality, a third party surveying company we use to obtain client feedback, put together a collection of the nations best rated custom remodelers and home builders.  Structures made the list because after gaining survey feedback from each of our past clients, 100% of them would recommend us to a friend!  That's an incredible honor, and we are so happy to have provided such a great building experience for our clients.

The banks of the Wando River are looking beautiful these days with a stunning new home addition to this Daniel Island neighborhood!  Designed by Beau Clowney Architects, this 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom home has many great features customized for a young family in addition to the deep water views.  The Structures team worked hard to bring together the details of this amazing DesignBuild project, and our clients are thrilled with their new abode.  Check out the photos below for a quick look inside!

2015 Guildmaster Award With Highest Distinction - 10 Consecutive Years!

 We are truly honored to announce that for the 10th year in a row, Structures has been given the Guildmaster Award with Highest Distinction for excellence in customer service!  This award has been given annually since 2005 to homebuilders, remodelers, and others in the industry for receiving excellent customer satisfaction ratings on GuildQuality surveys.  GuildQuality is a third party survey service Structures uses to gain feedback at the end of each custom home project to gauge our client's experience with us.  Specifically, the Guildmaster distinction is given based on the percentage of clients who would recommend Structures to a friend!  Here is what a recent Daniel Island client had to say at the completion of their custom home:
