Summer is officially getting started here in the Lowcountry - and that
means its time to get outside! Charleston's local parks offer several
Summer events that are fun for everyone, and this weekend you'll want be
at the Mt. Pleasant Pier for the start of the Shaggin' on the Cooper
dance series. The gates open at 7:00 PM on Saturday and live music from the Shem
Creek Boogie Band starts at 8:00 PM. This is a great event for all
ages! Cost is $10 at the gate or visit the Charleston County Parks website for info on an all-access dance pass!
