Structures is Growing!

Our wonderful crew here at Structures continues to grow, and we are excited to introduce our two newest team members!

Mandy Shealy, Designer and Chris Hulsey, Project Manager

Chris Hulsey has come on board as a Structures Project Manager and has over 14 years of experience in the custom home building industry.  He has built numerous high-end homes in Lowcountry neighborhoods such as I'On Village, Hibben, Daniel Island, and the Old Village of Mt. Pleasant.  Chris also has several years of experience as a real estate agent here in Charleston.  He is originally from Walterboro, SC, attended University of South Carolina, and now resides in Mt. Pleasant with his wife and 3 children.

Mandy Shealy recently joined Structures as a Designer and assists our clients in the selection process as they choose all of the many finishes that go into their custom home.  Mandy graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Interior Design and previously worked in a plumbing, lighting, and appliance showroom for over 8 years.  She and her husband, and their new baby girl, live in Mt. Pleasant.

A New Guest Blogger at The Places Post

We're excited to announce that our owner, Steve Kendrick, will be guest blogging for The Places Post, a great new blog started by local real estate agents.  The blog is dedicated to all the many wonderful things that make the Lowcountry an amazing place to call home.  Their guest bloggers include local residents, small business owners, architects, designers, restaurants, historians and more - and we are thankful to participate!

Be sure to check out The Places Post today for a glimpse of local life here in Charleston and be on the lookout for occasional posts featuring Structures!  Steve's first blog post is already up HERE.
