ReStructure Creating Curb Appeal in Mt. Pleasant

We often speak of how privileged we are to work with such an incredible family of clients (because its true!)  But we are especially thankful when we get to work with a wonderful client on more than one project.  A recent ReStructure project in Mt. Pleasant was one of those occasions.  After completion of their beautiful custom home in I'On Village, (take a look at their DesignBuild project HERE), the couple decided to give their previous home a serious facelift before selling it.  Working with our talented ReStructure team, they made some great improvements to their older home's curb appeal - check out the before and after photos:

100th Custom Client Surveyed on GuildQuality

Structures hit an incredible milestone this week - our 100th custom client was surveyed through GuildQuality, a third party surveying company for construction professionals.  And the most exciting part of this accomplishment - 100 out of 100 clients surveyed would recommend us to family and friends!  We think that speaks volumes!

Structures Honored with SC Pinnacle Award for Old Village Custom Home

The Structures Team is celebrating a huge win this week with the addition of another SC Pinnacle Award!  This is a state-wide honor presented by the Home Builders Association of South Carolina each year to builders exhibiting outstanding craftsmanship in construction and remodeling of quality homes.  We are thrilled to receive such a prestigious award for a beautiful DesignBuild project completed in Mt. Pleasant's Old Village and designed by Herlong & Associates.  This stunning 4 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom custom home is perfectly situated on Charleston Harbor and has sweeping views from downtown to Fort Sumter.

We are so thankful for this special honor - congrats to everyone on the team and especially Project Manager, RP Newton and Designer, Deborah Way for an incredible job on bringing together all the details for this client's Lowcountry dream home!

Its been a busy month of custom home move-ins!  We are excited to welcome more wonderful clients to Daniel Island Park.  Relocating from Charlotte, NC, this couple is now settling into their Lowcountry dream home designed by Flatfish Island Designs.  The 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom custom home features beautiful trim details and a spacious, open floor plan highlighted by stunning beam work.  We love having happy clients, and we love how this home turned out:

We recently completely a lovely, Phil Clarke designed custom home in I'On Village for a wonderful couple relocating to the Lowcountry from New Jersey.    Their 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom custom home is a perfect fit for this beautiful Mt.
